1. Acceptance
By accessing, registering for, or using MacroMax, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the services for an organization, you confirm that you can bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and minors
You must be at least 15. Users aged 15–17 need permission from a parent or legal guardian. A user under 18 must not personally purchase a paid subscription; the purchase must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
3. Account security
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and take responsibility for account activity. Do not share session tokens, bypass concurrent sign-in limits, impersonate another person, or use multiple accounts to repeat a trial. Notify MacroMax promptly of unauthorized use.
4. Licence and ownership
While you comply with these terms, MacroMax grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the services. MacroMax and its content, software, branding, and related intellectual property belong to MacroMax or its licensors. You retain rights in your own projects, workflows, images, annotations, and input.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the services for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, malicious-software, security-evasion, unauthorized-access, service-interference, or harmful activity. Do not reverse engineer the services, sell or rent an account, or evade usage limits except where law expressly permits. You are responsible for confirming that automation is permitted by the target application and for testing and supervising clicks, input, file, and network actions.
6. AI Agent
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. The Agent may suggest or write automation steps, but you must review project changes before running them and remain responsible for execution. Do not submit personal data, confidential information, or restricted material that you lack authority to process. Available models, limits, and third-party providers may change.
7. Trials, prices, and subscriptions
Trial eligibility may be limited by account, email, and device. Prices and plans currently displayed on the website are product information; live payment, renewal, and purchase processing are not yet available. Before paid features launch, checkout will clearly show currency, total price, taxes, billing period, renewal method, and material restrictions. Auto-renewal will not be enabled unless you expressly select it.
8. Cancellation and refunds
- You may cancel at any time. Service continues through the paid period and the next charge is stopped.
- A refund may be requested within 7 calendar days of an initial purchase.
- A renewal may be refunded within 7 calendar days if the service has not been materially used during that period.
- Third-party AI model usage already consumed is normally non-refundable, except for duplicate charges, billing errors, or failed requests.
- If MacroMax cannot continue a paid service, a proportional refund may be provided for the unused period.
- Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, excluding payment-provider processing time.
Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are not limited by these terms. We will aim to give at least 30 days' notice of price changes, effective from the next renewal period.
9. Updates, availability, and previews
We may update, modify, or discontinue features, and service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or events outside our control. Trial, beta, or preview features are provided as available and may change or end. Keep independent backups of important projects.
10. Projects and content
You are responsible for content uploaded, entered, exported, shared, or processed through the services and confirm that you have the right to use it. Sharing a project package or access code gives the chosen recipient the associated permissions. If it includes training images or annotations, confirm that you may disclose them before sharing.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided as is and as available, without a guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every application. MacroMax is not liable for indirect or consequential loss caused by unreviewed automation, changes to third-party applications, device environments, AI output, or user content. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for security risks, breach, fraud, abuse, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by email. Termination does not affect rights, payments, or legal record-retention duties arising earlier.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Singapore law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties should first try to resolve disputes in good faith. Unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Singapore, while mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.
